I currently ship within the UK and aim to dispatch within 5 working days. However, if you do live outside of the UK we can ship to you, but fees and costs are on an individual basis,  please message us for more information.

 During busy periods this may take longer possibly up to 7 days. I have a flat rate posting and packaging fee, all items are sent by Royal Mail second class tracked.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any issues with your product then please do not hesitate to contact me. I will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase. once received I will process a full refund excluding shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Returned items must be delivered unused and in their original packaging. If not, they might not be eligible for a refund.
